Job title: Zonal / Area Sales Manager (Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida)-Value Mortgage (Secured Loan)

Key responsibilities:

Strategic leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies for the zone to consistently achieve or exceed the high monthly targets by direct sourcing, connectors and referrals

Team management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a large, geographically dispersed team of area sales managers and Relation ship Managers . Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.

Business development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, builders, and direct selling agents (DSAs), to generate high-volume business.

Market analysis: Keep a constant pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Operational excellence: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure efficient and timely loan processing and disbursement, and maintain all necessary documentation.

Risk and compliance management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales conduct across the zone.

Required qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 1015 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Zonal or Regional Manager) within the mortgage or secured loans industry.

Educational background: A Bachelor's degree is essential, and an MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.

Proven track record: A verifiable history of managing large sales teams and achieving high-volume sales targets.
