About the Role:

Co-build a successful, high-growth SFDC practice.

As an Inspirational Business Leader:
  • Primary responsibility for the role holder will be to grow our Salesforce business by acquiring new customers and mining existing customers for additional business. The role is directly, independently responsible for sales and business development activity to generate leads.
  • In the opportunity cycle, the role holder will interact closely with senior client stakeholders to understand the requirements for Salesforce solutions and craft a compelling value proposition to win the business.
  • Must have expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, designed solution architecture, responded to large RFPs, led large teams, and managed CXO relationships.
  • Create a positive influence on boards & CEOs, and build an enviable market for SFDC's Advisory practice.
As a Market Maker:
  • Understand the SDFC macro-opportunity and strategize differentiated offerings. Work very closely with the OEM Salesforce North team in India and drive joint GTM in the territory.
  • Partner with all parts of the business (whether SLs or Sectors or Channels), in helping them understand SFDC's positioning within the firm, and collaborate across to drive the transformational agenda
  • Develop a business plan and go to market strategy, structure, revenues/growth, and investments (year 1 to 3)
  • Deliver on financial metrics of top line (sales book & revenue book) and gross margin, for self and practice.
As a Practice Director:
  • Help scale up the competency by attracting, nurturing, and grooming talent.
  • Play a pivotal role in crafting and managing a skill-building framework to ensure employees are trained and proficient on the latest Salesforce technologies.
  • Network externally as an ambassador to publicize Worxwide Consulting the full spectrum of services. Provide key trends and thought leadership internally and to clients through white papers and industry representation.
  • Successfully deliver Salesforce projects. Lead a team of practitioners and provide oversight on engagements, ensuring project health.
  • Coach and mentor development teams to adopt best practices, focus on user experience, and meet business needs.
MUST HAVE:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales to build a Salesforce practice from scratch
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce across Sales, Marketing, and Service Cloud
  • Experience nurturing relationships within the Salesforce partner ecosystem
  • Must have expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, designed solution architecture, responded to large RFPs, led large teams, and managed CXO relationships
