Job Title: Project Manager (Techno-Commercial)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with a techno-commercial background to manage end-to-end project execution. The role requires strong coordination skills, customer management, and the ability to ensure timely completion of all project tasks by collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders including customers, dealers, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate with Design, Pre-Sales & Sales, Production, and Projects teams for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and track daily project-wise task sheets ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and follow up on tasks to ensure closure and progress tracking.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers and dealers for updates, queries, and requirements.
  • Drive internal coordination to resolve issues, remove bottlenecks, and achieve project milestones.
  • Balance technical and commercial aspects of project management.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timeline commitments.

Primary Role:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all stakeholders.
  • Track and ensure completion of all project tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and ensure deliveries are achieved.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project planning, tracking, and execution abilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of mechanical/production engineering concepts.
  • Techno-commercial acumen with problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Project Management tools.
