About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensure timely delivery, and manage cross-functional teams effectively. The candidate should have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
