ob Summary:The Front Office & Telecalling Executive will be responsible for managing the reception desk, handling customer walk-ins, attending calls, maintaining visitor records, and supporting the sales and CRM team by making outbound calls to prospects, scheduling site visits, and maintaining follow-ups. The role demands a polite personality, good communication skills, and a customer-first approach.
- Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management:Greet and assist visitors, walk-in clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Handle incoming calls, route them to concerned departments, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Coordinate with admin for courier, stationery, and general office requirements.
- Telecalling & Lead Management:Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
- Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits to interested customers.
- Schedule and confirm site visits and update the CRM or Excel tracker.
- Maintain follow-up calls with leads and update their status daily.
- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure proper handling of customer inquiries.
- Send project details, location maps, and offers through WhatsApp/email when required.
- Customer Coordination:Act as the first point of contact for customer queries or concerns.
- Assist in managing booking forms, payment follow-ups, and document collection.
- Support CRM and admin teams in back-office coordination.
- Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects and sales processes.
- Good in MS Office / Excel / CRM data entry.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and multitasking ability.
