Roles and Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and oversee engineering or technical projects from initiation to closure.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and required resources.Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement, and quality.Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics (KPIs).Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies.Drive continuous process improvement initiatives aligned with project goals.Apply FMCG industry knowledge (if applicable) to enhance project execution and alignment with industry best practices.Deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget, targeting >95% on-time completion.Lead and motivate teams including Production, Operations, Technicians, and HR.Manage vendor relationships, procurement schedules, and stakeholder expectations.Oversee administrative project operations, including office management, documentation, and support services.Supervise facility operations such as infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, and workplace safety.Skills Required:Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Technical expertise in engineering/manufacturing projects.Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.FMCG operations experience is a plus.Qualifications:Education:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related engineering fields.MBA or Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.Experience:3–7 years of experience in a project management role.FMCG sector experience is preferred and considered advantageous.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
