Tender Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end tendering process, including reviewing tender documents, preparing bids, and ensuring compliance with all client requirements. You will play a key role in helping the company win new business by producing high-quality and competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities from various sources (government portals, private clients, online platforms, etc.)
- Analyze and interpret tender documents, contracts, and project specifications.
- Prepare tender documentation including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and other submission materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. sales, legal, technical, finance) to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Ensure all tenders are submitted accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of all tenders submitted and track outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain a library of standard content and templates to streamline future tender preparation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the tendering process.
- Provide post-tender support including clarifications, negotiations, and feedback analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a tendering, proposal writing, or bid management role.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and procurement frameworks (government and/or private sector).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tender portals is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms , GEM portal
- Project management certification or training (optional)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
