The Opportunity: Lead with Purpose

**We're seeking a Counselling Team Lead who is ready to lead by example at our new Hyderabad Vidyapeeth. This role is for a hands-on leader who is passionate about student success and committed to building a driven, high-performing team. If you're ready to inspire through your own dedication and make a tangible impact, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do


• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of counsellors.


• Strategic Impact: Develop and implement effective counselling strategies.


• Student Support: Provide direct academic and career guidance to students and parents.


• Performance: Monitor team goals and ensure targets are met.


• Collaboration: Work with academic and support staff to enhance the student experience.

Who we are Looking For:


• A proven leader with a background in academic or career counseling.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.


• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing, and must experienced in Foundation/JEE/NEET Students Counseling, or equivalent related field.
