Sr Customer Service Executive

(1) Overall, as a Capacity Planning and Management professional with knowledge in ,voice and UC network ,MPLS and IP network ,Cramer and Network Capacity Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the network backbone are running optimally, meeting business demands, and delivering value to customers
(2) Project Management: You will lead projects related to network capacity management, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and work and plan the lifecycle management of the network elements as needed.
(3)Performance Monitoring: You will monitor network performance and ensuring the KPIs are maintained and circulated at regular intervals
(4)Cramer Knowledge: You will use your knowledge in Cramer to manage and maintain accurate records of network assets, track changes in network capacity, and ensure that network resources are used effectively and help in modelling new devices ,SQL query writing to extract data from Cramer and Metadata creation in configurator tool.
(5) Conducting Customer Circuit Configuration, Testing & Migrations Scheduling, booking planned outages and conducting network & customer change activities, network upgrades & re-routes.
(6) Provide inputs on escalated planning-related network issues. Prepare the capacity guidance report to serve as input for capacity planning.
(7) Coordination with Planning and CFT Team for the capacity delivery Desired Skill sets Experience in NOC/Provisioning/Network order management/ Testing Basic knowledge on Provisioning in Telecom network
