Role & responsibilities

  • Provide career counselling to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and goals.

  • Assist with admission processes by guiding students through application procedures and ensuring timely submission of documents.

  • Offer educational sales support by providing information on courses offered by colleges/universities and addressing student queries related to course selection.

  • Conduct telecalling sessions with potential clients (students) to generate leads for educational services.

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress notes, and follow-ups.

  • 3-5 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred.
