Role Description

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer for a full-time, on-site role at our Chennai location. The role includes designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Responsibilities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and maintainable code, ensuring web application performance, and debugging complex issues. The role also focuses on integrating front-end features with robust back-end logic and maintaining modern development best practices to deliver optimal client solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MongoDB, , , for full-stack web development
  • Strong understanding of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with RESTful API development
  • Knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization practices, including JWT and OAuth
  • Familiarity with database design, schema creation, and knowledge of NoSQL databases
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills for collaborating within an agile development environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of both front-end and back-end applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
