We are looking for an experienced MERN Full Stack Developer with minimum 3+ years exp. to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications using the MongoDB, , , and stack. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services, delivering high-quality, secure, and performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using and modern UI libraries.
  • Implement reusable components and scalable front-end architecture.

  • Integrate and manage MongoDB databases, including schema design and performance optimization.
  • Ensure end-to-end application performance, responsiveness, and scalability across devices.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform mockups and wireframes into functional applications.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and system stability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, builds, and deployments.
  • Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize backend processes.
  • Document system architecture, APIs, and technical workflows for team collaboration and future development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
  • Proven track record of delivering full-stack applications from design to deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with development tools like Git, Docker, Postman, Webpack, etc.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Certification in Full Stack Development is a plus.
