About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the full web development life cycle and be eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Work with the design and product teams to create user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services as required.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance the product.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms like AWS/Heroku is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

  • Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
  • Knowledge of UI libraries like Material-UI or Bootstrap.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
