About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB, , , and , with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications.

You will be responsible for building robust backend services, developing intuitive user interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs using and
  • Develop reusable, responsive UI components using
  • Design and manage data models using MongoDB
  • Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Role-based Access Control)
  • Work in microservices and cloud-based environments
  • Optimize application performance and handle large-scale data efficiently
  • Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Perform code reviews and follow best coding practices
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects

Technical Skill Set

  • Strong knowledge of MongoDB, , ,
  • Strong experience in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices
  • Experience with state management using Redux, Context API, React Query
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsiveness, and web standards
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
