We're looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer with good communication skills and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apache, and MySQL. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, troubleshoot issues effectively, and assist clients or internal teams in resolving technical queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web applications and server-related issues.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining web servers (Apache).
  • Handle basic database operations in MySQL such as queries, backups, and restores.
  • Review and debug basic front-end issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and known issues for future reference.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Apache server setup and maintenance.
  • Understanding of MySQL and database concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Exposure to Linux environments is a plus.
  • Prior internship or project work involving web technologies or server management (optional).
