Do you thrive on challenges, excel at networking, and communicate with confidence? SHL is looking for an Assistant Manager – Corporate Client Servicing to join our India Operations team. In this role, you'll drive project delivery and process management, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met effectively. You'll also play a key role in streamlining processes and maintaining quality checks and audits to ensure operational excellence.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
  • Address operational issues and concern in timely manner.
  • Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources, and direct the projects in the right direction in timely manner.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of projects assigned.
  • Maintaining the data hygiene and responsible for preparing & submitting various reports
  • Complete data management, maintenance and backing up.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders for departmental requirements viz. (Sales, Operations, Tech Support etc.)

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:·

  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS office tools.
  • Good interpersonal communications
  • MIS experience would be added advantage

Desirable:

  • Capability to perform effectively in adverse and volatile scenarios
  • Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
  • Working towards milestones, reporting progress, and handling change requests
