Job Description:

The role involves assisting the wider team in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities in Nordic countries, with a general focus across all major real estate sectors (office, residential, retail, and industrial), developing real estate investment analysis and financial information in the form of memos/ financial models and assisting in Asset management

activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial models in MS Excel to analyse real estate investment opportunities
  • Conduct research on property sector and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis of broader work streams
  • Assist asset/portfolio managers in the selection, evaluation and monitoring of investments
  • Prepare quantitative analysis of asset business plans
  • Assist internal team in research activities and related data structuring

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate / corporate finance/ capital markets with professional qualifications such as MBA, CA, CFA (Level II and above)
  • Extensive working knowledge of MS Excel (including Macros) with good exposure towards MS Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation); demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills; experience in compiling data and financial information; familiarity using MS Excel models
  • Should display a high degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
  • Team player who enjoys a high-performance culture; open to and comfortable with constantly evolving and changing priorities and new challenges
