JD:

  • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems & integrations
  • Manage user & license administration (setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions)
  • Handle Campaign to Order module operations
  • Configure and upgrade Salesforce systems for optimized integration
  • Build custom reports & dashboards for business teams
  • Manage roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows & groups
  • Perform data imports, cleansing, and database maintenance
  • Provide training & support to end-users, ensuring adoption of Salesforce tools
  • Prepare reports and assist with DevOps / Release Management processes

Required Skills

Salesforce Certified Administrator / Application Architect (Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder preferred)

5+ years of Salesforce hands-on experience

Strong DevOps & release management exposure

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products & functionalities

Proven ability in Sales Cloud administration and data management
