About Jiva Water:

At Jiva Water, our mission is to restore water to its natural, life-supporting state — enhancing health, vitality, and agricultural productivity. Our scientifically designed water revitalization devices are used in homes, farms, and industries across India to improve water quality, crop yield, and well-being.

We are now expanding our presence in Mandya and looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth and build strong relationships with customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:


• Promote and sell Jiva Water devices and accessories to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.


• Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.


• Conduct product demos, explain the science and benefits of Jiva Water, and convert inquiries into sales.


• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and influencers (farmers, etc.).


• Participate in local exhibitions, farmer meetings, and promotional campaigns.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business decisions.


• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, installation, and customer follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Agriculture, or Marketing background preferred).


• 6–7 years of experience in field sales, preferably in water solutions, agri-tech, wellness, or consumer durable products.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.


• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp/Google Workspace, and mobile-based reporting.


• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license and Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.


• Good communication (English, Kannada and knowing other Languages is a plus) and coordination skills.
