About Us:

NutraStore is a leading online retailer of nutritional supplements and wellness products. We're seeking experienced Amazon Account Managers to join our team and drive sales growth on Amazon.

Job Summary:

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing NutraStore's Amazon presence, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and logistics teams to develop and implement Amazon-specific strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage and optimize Amazon account, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.

  2. Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share on Amazon.

  3. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  4. Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals.

  5. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and prevent stockouts.

  6. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize Amazon opportunities.

  8. SEO Optimization: Optimize product listings for Amazon search algorithms, including keyword research, title optimization, and bullet point optimization.

  9. Graphic Optimization: Enhance product listings with Graphics Team for high-quality images, videos, and other visual content to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  1. 2 year of experience in managing a D2C brand on Amazon or similar e-commerce platform.

  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth on Amazon.

  3. Strong understanding of Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices.

  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
