Position Overview:

The SAP Delivery Manager will lead the implementation and delivery of SAP projects across a large manufacturing organization. This role demands deep expertise in SAP modulesespecially FICO, and a strong grasp of manufacturing processes. The manager will ensure seamless integration with third-party applications, adherence to best practices, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and close SAP projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Manufacturing Optimization: Align SAP solutions with production planning, inventory, and supply chain needs.
  • SAP Technical Leadership: Guide SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, PS, and analytics tools like Data Lake and Tableau.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integration with third-party applications, BASIS, and GRC.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor SAP consultants, manage recruitment and training.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement QA processes and conduct audits.
  • Process Improvement: Drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Master's degree or certifications (PMP, SAP) preferred.
  • 10–12 years of SAP project experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Industry 4.0 technologies.
