About the Role

We are seeking a
Business Support Processor
to assist in the smooth execution of ongoing projects and manage increasing operational volumes. The role is crucial in maintaining service quality, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business continuity through effective process management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project execution and assist in daily business operations.
  • Monitor and manage increased workflow volumes efficiently.
  • Maintain service standards and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Generate and manage reports, documentation, and data tracking as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in business support, operations, or administrative roles is an advantage.
