Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to drive onboarding and engagement of real estate builders, developers, and property brokers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong partner network, educating partners about our housing loan and LAP offerings, and generating quality business leads through these channels.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard real estate builders, developers, and brokers as business partners for housing loans and LAP.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure a steady flow of loan applications.

Conduct presentations, product demos, and training sessions for builders and brokers to educate them on Ambaks offerings and digital onboarding process.

Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of leads received through partners.

Track partner performance, ensure active engagement and productivity, and resolve operational or service-related concerns.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and builder requirements to enhance Ambak's value proposition.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during partner onboarding and deal execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12th pass (Bachelors degree preferred) Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.

25 years of experience in mortgage sales, LAP, or real estate partner management.

Strong understanding of housing finance, builder tie-ups, and broker ecosystems.

Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Prior experience in a fintech or housing finance company is a plus.
