We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Delivery Manager with a strong background in the BFSI sector and consulting experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and driving continuous improvement in service offering

Key Responsibilities-

• Strategic Leadersh
  ip: Lead and manage cybersecurity delivery projects for BFSI clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Client Engageme
  nt: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
• Project Oversig
  ht: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Manageme
  nt: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Risk Manageme
  nt: Identify and mitigate risks associated with cybersecurity projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Continuous Improveme
  nt: Drive the continuous improvement of cybersecurity service delivery processes, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Business Developme
  nt: Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations

Qualifications

• Experie
  nce: Minimum of 12 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a delivery management role
• Consulting Backgro
  und: Proven experience in a consulting environment, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex projects
• Technical Expert
  ise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the BFSI industry
• Leadership Ski
  lls: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Communication Ski
  lls: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Certificati
  ons: Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GIAC, CEH) are highly desirable
