About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Google Ads expert specializing in performance marketing. Youll play a key role in driving targeted traffic, optimizing ad spend, and improving conversion rates across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend site architecture and content improvements.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits.
  • Monitor SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Google Ads & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
  • Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Optimize ad budgets, bid strategies, and ad performance to achieve high ROI and low CPA.
  • Write compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign goals.

Performance Marketing

  • Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to maximize conversions.
  • Create weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and action items.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to implement digital strategies.
  • Recommend data-backed strategies to scale paid campaigns and organic growth.

Requirements:

  • 2 or 3+ years of experience in SEO and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns with high ROAS.
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEM best practices.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
