Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of geospatial solutions using Spring WebFlux Kafka Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of geospatial data into existing systems to enhance data accessibility and usability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative geospatial solutions that drive business growth.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of projects by managing resources and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in geospatial data management to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in geospatial technologies.
  • Work closely with product managers to align geospatial solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all geospatial projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in Spring WebFlux Kafka Spring Boot and Java with proven experience in developing geospatial solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in integrating geospatial data into enterprise systems.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges in projects.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in computer science geospatial science or a related field.
