*What Youll Do*
Manage renewals upgrades (TSS, TallyPrime, etc.)
Educate clients on new features benefits
Generate Qualified Leads For Advanced Solutions Like:
TallyPrime on AWS (remote/multi-location access)
WhatsApp integration (auto alerts messages)
TallyPrime Server (multi-user security concurrency)
Build strong client relationships ensure retention
Maintain CRM/Google Sheets with all interactions
*What Were Looking For*
- Graduate in Commerce / Business / IT
- 12 years experience in telesales, CRM, or client servicing
- Good understanding of the Tally ecosystem (TSS, TallyPrime, add-ons, etc.)
- Strong communication, persuasion follow-up skills
- Organized, self-driven, and result-oriented
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in IT solutions / Tally partner environment
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Zoho, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of accounting terms business processes

Support Executive

*What Youll Do*
Provide remote support to customers
Assist with software installation, activation, data migration backups
Troubleshoot errors deliver timely solutions
Handle queries on GST, reports, invoicing related features
Maintain detailed records of support cases resolutions
Train end-users on new features and modules
Coordinate with escalation teams when required
*What Were Looking For*
- B.Com / BBA / BCA or equivalent background
- 12 years experience in Tally ERP / TallyPrime usage or support
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles GST
- Customer-focused with problem-solving attitude
Bonus Points
- Tally certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to handle pressure prioritize tasks
- Good verbal written communication skills
