Location: Pune, India
Experience Required: 5 to 6 years
Industry Preference: Heavy Industries (e.g., Paper Mill, Sugar Mill, etc.)
Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations in a heavy industrial setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing maintenance activities in industries such as paper mills, sugar mills, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure minimal downtime of equipment and machinery.
- Manage a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
- Monitor equipment performance and take necessary actions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to align maintenance with operational needs.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, inventory, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery used in paper mills, sugar mills, or similar industries.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
