Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Pan India. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of equipment and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. The role also involves preparing maintenance reports and ensuring that the facility's maintenance activities are cost-effective.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills for managing maintenance staff
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
  • Experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in the energy sector.
