Job Overview

 

We are seeking a skilled facilities manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility.

This role involves ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors, while also maintaining the facility's equipment and systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, preferably in the IT and ITes industry, and possess strong technical skills, including electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for Electro-Mechanical equipment
  • Establishing Standard Operating Procedures for critical environment management
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with EHS guidelines
  • Providing training to on-site teams on equipment procedures and implementation
  • Supporting service delivery teams on equipment maintenance and upkeep

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
