Position: Business Analyst/ Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Kasmo, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, working with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and oversee planning, deployment, and post-launch support. Using your Salesforce and project management expertise, youll translate business needs into solutions, coordinate technical and business teams, manage risks, and ensure successful project outcomes. This role offers the chance to drive key initiatives and shape the Salesforce ecosystem in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from planning, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes, identify pain points, and capture functional and technical requirements.

• Translate business needs into use cases, functional specifications and configuration or customization plans within Salesforce.

• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features and enhancements.

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

• Organize and facilitate project meetings, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, UAT sessions, and retrospectives.

• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and user training to support successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

• Maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and status reports.

Required Skills
• Educational Qualifications: MBA, or anything relevant.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or BA/PM role, with direct involvement in Salesforce implementations.

• Proven track record of managing and delivering full lifecycle Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or other Salesforce products).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including configuration, customization, automation and sharing and visibility.

• Hands-on experience in creating user stories, process documentation, and managing backlogs using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Solid project management skills, preferably with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce App Builder, Marketing Cloud Consultant or others

• Experience with third-party integrations, AppExchange products, or Salesforce CPQ/Data Cloud is a plus.

• Familiarity with data migration, reporting, and dashboard creation in Salesforce.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP) is a strong plus.
