Requirements

  • Proven experience in production support on equities trading floors & handling 1‑delta asset classes (equities, ETFs, futures, spreads)
  • Deep expertise in Linux command line and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal)
  • High attention to detail when working in critical production environments
  • Ability to perform under pressure and make logical, timely decisions
  • Capability to understand and analyze complex technology infrastructure
  • Familiarity with scripting/debugging tools (e.g. bash, Python, Perl, or similar) to automate diagnostics and issue resolution

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24×7 production support to mission-critical trading infrastructure
  • Rapidly identify and resolve system issues to minimize disruption to production flows
  • Work in rotational shifts covering multiple time zones
  • Coordinate with global technology, operations, and development teams to drive root-cause fixes and preventive measures

Job Details

Job location: Bengaluru

Shift timings: Rotational shifts – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
