About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra) like processing orders, creating shipments.
2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouses, plan replenishment and identify opportunities for growth.
3. Maintain daily records of shipments and report delays or discrepancies.
4. Book pickup appointments on Blinkit and coordinate with Shiprocket for timely pickups & deliveries & reschedule if necessary
5. Create and manage support tickets with Blinkit to resolve shipment issues and follow up until closure.
6. Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
7. Create & manage product listings across all platforms.
8. Coordinate with marketing agencies.
