Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Key tasks include prospecting leads, conducting sales calls, preparing proposals, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role may also involve collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals. This position requires an adaptable, goal-driven individual who can thrive in US shift timings.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including client communication and retention.
- Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and market research.
- Ability to prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Experience in using CRM tools and managing client databases efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Availability to work US shift hours and adapt to diverse client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the consulting or recruitment domain is a plus.
