Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties. The consultant will act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process while providing expert guidance to clients throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Understand clients' needs and property preferences, and provide tailored advice and property options.

Conduct meetings, property viewings, and open houses with clients.

Sales & Negotiation:

Promote and market properties through various channels such as listings, advertisements, and personal networks.

Negotiate sales terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.

Assist in the preparation and completion of all necessary paperwork for property transactions.

Market Research & Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and local regulations.

Provide clients with expert insights on market conditions, helping them make informed decisions.

Conduct property market analysis to offer the best investment advice.

Sales Targets & Performance:

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

Regularly update sales performance and goals with management.

Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to successful transactions.

Customer Support & After-Sales Service:

Offer continuous support to clients even after the transaction is completed.

Address any post-sale concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, administrative, and legal teams to streamline processes.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Assist in organizing and executing property-related events like launches and promotional activities.

Key Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Previous experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field is highly desirable.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of the real estate market, property types, and local regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
