Requirements and skillsPrevious experience in a customer support roleTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively1+ years of experience as a calling or any similar role.Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.Efficient with English.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.Having done diploma will be an advantage. Role and ResponsibilityKnowing all the details of the product or service offerings.Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and servicesBuild and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behaviour of the other.Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.Taking and processing orders accurately.Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
