The Internal Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales order processing through SAP, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate dispatches, maintaining sales documentation, and addressing customer queries efficiently. This role acts as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Enter and manage customer orders in the SAP system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review orders for completeness and correctness before processing.
- **Dispatch Coordination**:

- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Ensure all dispatch-related documents (invoice, delivery challan, packing list, e-way bill, etc.) are prepared accurately.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain and manage all documentation related to order processing, dispatches, and customer communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer queries related to order status, dispatch details, delivery timelines, etc.
- Follow up with internal teams to resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with the Sales team and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Provide regular updates on order and dispatch status to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in internal sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Proficient in **SAP**and **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
