Title: Project Manager (US Shift)

Experience: 5–6 Years

Location: Client Location – US Shift (Remote/Onsite as per project requirement)

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Project Managers who can lead end-to-end project delivery with a strong focus on customer handling, planning, and agile execution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing multiple projects, engaging with international clients, and ensuring on-time, quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.
  • Plan, track, and deliver projects using Agile methodology.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of goals and responsibilities.
  • Prepare project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–6 years of experience in Project Management (preferably IT/Software projects).
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and planning skills.
  • PMP/CSM certification preferred (not mandatory).

Shift Timing: US Shift (Evening/Night IST).
