Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Assistant Technical Project Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end execution of our client projects. You'll bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution:
  • Support in project scoping, planning, and milestone tracking.
  • Monitor sprints and progress; escalate risks early.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and QA for smooth coordination.
  • Resolve blockers and ensure team alignment.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Serve as a communication link between clients and internal teams.
  • Translate tech details into business-friendly updates.
  • Risk & Quality Management:
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively plan mitigation.
  • Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain clear project documentation.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership and clients.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in project coordination or delivery in a tech environment.
  • Skills:
  • Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Git, CI/CD, and cloud (AWS/Azure).
  • Exposure to Blockchain, AI, or Mobile/Web projects is a bonus.
