We are seeking an experienced .NET Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of .NET-based applications and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies with proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of .NET application development and enhancement initiatives.
  • Work closely with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and ensure alignment with architecture standards.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and quality.
  • Guide and mentor development teams working on C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Ensure Agile/Scrum practices are followed for smooth project execution.
  • Track and report project progress to senior management and clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Cloud, UI/UX) for successful delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in coding practices, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years in project management roles.
  • Strong technical background in Microsoft .NET stack:
  • C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework
  • Web Services (REST, SOAP, Web API)
  • SQL Server, Azure Cloud (preferred)
  • Proven track record in managing medium-to-large enterprise projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in migration projects (.NET Framework to .NET Core).
  • Knowledge of cloud-native application development (Azure/AWS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
