We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Domestic Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes for the Indian market, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various domains and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other networking channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate salary and offers while ensuring alignment with company/client budget and candidate expectations.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases regularly.
  • Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in domestic recruitment within the Indian market.
  • Strong knowledge of job portals, social media recruiting, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in hiring for IT/Non-IT domains.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
