Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the
  entire recruitment life cycle
  for domestic IT positions.
• Source qualified candidates
  through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media references, and internal databases.
• Conduct
  pre-screening interviews
  to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate
  interview schedules
  with clients and ensure smooth communication.
• Negotiate salaries
  , notice periods, and other terms to ensure successful closures.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with offered candidates to ensure
  smooth onboarding
  .
• Work closely with the internal team and hiring managers to
  understand job requirements
  and hiring priorities.
• Maintain
  daily/weekly reports and trackers
  for recruitment activities.
