As a Mechanical Designer with expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, you will play a vital role in designing innovative and efficient solutions for the YES CAR PARKING Company. Your knowledge of community management will also be essential in ensuring that our parking facilities meet the needs of our customers and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical systems for parking structures using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to identify potential design challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
  • Utilize your expertise in community management to address any concerns or feedback from local residents.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations to showcase the company's innovative parking solutions.
