We're now looking for a Social Media Executive who can turn that mission into magnetic stories — through visuals, captions, and campaigns that connect.

What You'll Do

  1. Plan and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  2. Craft campaigns that connect with students, parents, and educators alike
  3. Collaborate with the design, content, and growth teams to align messaging
  4. Manage daily posting, community engagement, and trend adaptation
  5. Track performance metrics and optimize future content strategies
  6. Coordinate influencer collaborations and UGC partnerships
  7. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms

Skills We Value

  1. Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms
  2. Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar tools
  3. Basic design skills (Canva / Figma / Adobe)
  4. Good sense of copywriting, tone, and storytelling
  5. Knowledge of analytics, growth strategies, and paid campaigns is a plus

Experience

  1. 1–3 years in a similar social media / digital marketing role (agency or brand side)
  2. Freshers with a creative portfolio or personal brand experience are also encouraged
