The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales executives to drive new business acquisition within their territory while ensuring strong account management and long-term client relationships. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, contributing to strategic growth, and delivering consistent revenue performance.

Requirements

Key Duties

Sales Process Management

  • Identify potential customers, establish relationships, and drive interest in offerings.
  • Actively manage the entire sales funnel—from lead generation and outreach to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Prepare analyses, reports, budgets, and forecasts to support sales planning and steering.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and develop strong, confidential relationships with key accounts for long-term growth.
  • Understand client businesses, processes, and needs to identify opportunities for added value.
  • Anticipate changing client requirements and co-create tailored solutions.

Products, Services & Solutions

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and future product, service, and solution portfolios.
  • Communicate the value of offerings to customers and businesses effectively.
  • Recommend tailored solutions across the full range of available offerings.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt communication to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, social media).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies, building and leveraging strong networks.

Sales & Customer Analytics

  • Utilize and analyze sales and customer data to measure retention, satisfaction, and sales efficiency.
  • Highlight key performance indicators and identify levers for profit and growth.
  • Recommend strategies to continuously improve sales outcomes.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably within manufacturing, industrial services, or related sectors.
  • Proven expertise in direct sales, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales techniques.
  • Educational Preference: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and market development.
