Location

You will undergo an initial training period of two months in Bengaluru. Upon successful completion of the training, your final work location will be determined and assigned by the Company from one of the following cities
: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic go-getters to join the business team at Dezerv. In this role, you will work with high intent in-bound clients with an investible amount of 50 lakhs and above. You will be responsible for guiding UHNI and HNI investors in their portfolio to help them invest in Dezerv's PMS investment strategies.

What You Will Work On

  • Interact with high-intent inbound clients with an investible amount of ₹50L and above through pre-scheduled video meetings.
  • Review their existing portfolio holdings and provide expert recommendations to assess alignment with market trends and investment goals.
  • Evaluate client requirements and asset allocation to ensure a clear understanding of their financial needs and long-term wealth objectives.
  • Showcase Dezerv's differentiated portfolio management approach including fund selection, investment strategies, and risk management to guide future investment decisions.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to prioritize, filter, and validate complex financial information from multiple sources.
  • Convert prospective clients into investors by articulating the value of Dezerv's offerings and fostering trust.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and ongoing portfolio discussions.

What We Expect:

  • Experience required: 0-2 years | Immediate joiners preferred
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment that offers high growth opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of either mutual funds or stocks.
  • Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms.
  • High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external).

Education & Certifications:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA (Final) / CFA (Level II or III) / CWM / CFP
  • NISM VA and XXIA certificates (Required with-in 30 days of joining)
