We are seeking a highly skilled Transitions Senior Manager role within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the transition of processes and services into Global Business Services (GBS) as well as supporting future acquisitions. We seek experienced, focused, motivated, and inspired individuals who can build trusting relationships and become drivers delivering the seamless and efficient services.
Accountabilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the transition of business processes into the GBS model.
Develop and maintain transition plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support throughout the transition process.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the transition and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Monitor and report on transition risks to the Global Head of Enablement, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with the Enablement team to ensure that appropriate training and support materials are developed and delivered to employees affected by the transition.
Provide guidance and support to teams during the transition to ensure a smooth transition experience.
Operate as a process architect, developing and implementing standardized processes and system. Evaluates and simplifies existing business processes using process modeling techniques to identify gaps and redundancies.
Ownership of value case creation, business metrics and ongoing tracking.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the transition process, gathering feedback from stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.
Report on transition outcomes and performance metrics to the Global Head of Enablement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of [8] years of experience in transition management, project management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of GBS operations and process integration.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Master's degree in one of the fields above
Excellent communication skill with abilities related to the effective exchange of information and ideas
Ability to handle more than one task at the same time in an efficient manner
Ability to be ethical and conduct activities with moral principles
Effectively collaborate with group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way
Seek out new information, experiences, and knowledge
Ability to learn, understand, and integrate new technologies into work that leads to increased efficiency, productivity, and the ability to stay competitive in various fields
Technical Skills & Knowledge Needed:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn, understand, and integrate new technologies into work that leads to increased efficiency, productivity, and the ability to stay competitive in various fields
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel
Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Experience in Project Management and proven track of Transition Management projects delivery.
Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders' management, risk management, overall project management.
Skilled in gathering, understanding, and implementing business requirements while improving employee experience and outcomes
Ability to learn, understand, and integrate new technologies into work that leads to increased efficiency, productivity, and the ability to stay competitive in various fields
Language Requirements:
Manila, Philippines:Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language (Thai, Mandarin, or Spanish), both spoken and written, is required
