Lead Specialist – R2R (Record to Report)

Location:
Pune or Bangalore
Experience:
6 – 10 years

Qualification:
Any Graduate (Finance) / CA-Inter

CTC:
Up to ₹12 LPA (₹14 LPA for CA-Inter)

Shift:
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (India time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the R2R team on standardized procedures and reconciliations.
  • Manage
    GL, Bank, and Intercompany reconciliations
    with precision.
  • Review and post
    journal entries
    ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support
    month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
    close activities.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure delivery within
    agreed SLAs
    .
  • Provide
    training and upskilling
    support to team members.
  • Liaise with internal/external auditors and ensure compliance.

What we're Looking for:

  • 6–10 years
    of experience in
    R2R / General Ledger / Financial Accounting
    .
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in
    Excel (Advanced: macros, links, databases)
    .
  • Experience in
    Accounts / Audit / Financial Statements consolidation
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of
    insurance brokerage
    domain (preferred, not mandatory).
