*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office/plant.
Maintain documentation, records, correspondence, and filing systems.
Assist in financial activities, including billing, invoicing, petty cash handling, and expense monitoring.
Support HR functions like attendance management, staff coordination, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and operational requirements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and management.
Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit documentation.
*Required Skills:*
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting tools.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of finance, accounts, and office management practices.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
*Education:* MBA in Finance & Marketing.
*Experience:* Minimum 1 year in admin/finance/accounts roles preferred.
*Preference for candidates from Vijayawada or nearby regions.*
