Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate / Sales Executive to promote our school's vision, programs, and values to prospective families and partners. This role combines marketing outreach with direct sales engagement, ensuring that our school is visible, approachable, and trusted by the community.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Outreach

  • Identify and engage potential students, parents, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct school presentations, and information sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and community events).
  • Collaborate with the academic and operations team to design promotional materials.

Sales & Conversion

  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and referrals to ensure timely conversion.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Community Engagement

  • Represent the school at fairs, exhibitions, and local events.
  • Build partnerships with organizations, educational consultants, and community groups.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,433.84 per month
